1. Service Description

China Travel Specialist provides travel planning, tour booking, and travel guide services for international visitors to China. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• Custom trip requests are not confirmed bookings. A trip is confirmed only after you approve the proposed itinerary and complete the required payment.
• Tour bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations or seasonal surcharges.
• Payment terms: 30% deposit at confirmation, balance 14 days before departure.
• We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus 5% administrative fee
• 15-29 days before departure: 70% refund
• 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund
• Travel guide e-book purchases are non-refundable once downloaded

5. Travel Requirements

• Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
• Required Chinese visa or travel permit
• Travel insurance covering medical expenses and trip cancellation
• Disclose medical conditions or accessibility needs at booking

6. Limitation of Liability

China Travel Specialist is not liable for changes by third-party providers, events beyond our control, or personal injury/property damage during the trip. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
